In order to promote a more inclusive approach we have developed a local Road Safety Forum which will monitor and implement the Road Safety Strategy 2006/2010 with our partners in the county.

The Forum members include:-

• Pembrokeshire County Council
• Dyfed Powys Police
• Mid & West Wales Fire & Rescue Service
• Chevron
• Hywel Dda NHS Trust
• Hook LNG
• Total UK Ltd Milford Haven Refinery
• Local Driving Instructors

The Forum meets every quarter to analysis collision data and plan road safety initiatives.

The Forum has created two sub groups.

• The Evaluation and Statistics group analysis collision data creates road safety campaigns and evaluates campaigns.
• The Road Safety Programme group reports on educational and engineering initiatives.
